1-Stay home

2-Social distancing

Read only what can benefit you like how to protect your-self and your beloved as well as recent cases updates in your country. Spend more times with your family. Make a schedule full of fun. Avoid the spread of anxiety or depression to the kids.

4- personal hygiene

Washing your hands with water and soap for twenty seconds can be effective. Avoid touching the T zone (your eyes, nose and mouth) while outside your home. Cover your nose and mouth with your bent elbow or a tissue when you cough or sneeze. Use your non-dominant hands while outside your home.

5-Improve your immunity

Sleep well. Eat well particularly diet rich in proteins like beef, chicken and fish. Vitamin C including oranges, guava and lemon act as powerful natural way for prevention of the virus. Avoid dehydration. drink eight cups of water daily. Hot drinks are important and preferable for example hot lemonade, hot soup with lemonade. The heat damages the virus.
