In a large mixing bowl, gently combine all of the ingredients. Refrigerate it for a few hours, covered.

SALAD WITH CORN:

Ingredients: 100 g fresh corn, 1 onion chopped, 2 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp vinegar, 2 tbsp fresh basil, salt and pepper to taste

Boil the corn and then drain it. After the corn has cooled, combine it with the onions, olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper to taste.

Cover and place in the refrigerator to chill. Before serving, sprinkle with fresh basil. This is a low-calorie salad recipe that is easy to make. If you want, you can add green or red bell peppers!

Salad with Cucumber:

1 cup diced cucumber, 1 diced onion, 1/2 cup diced red and yellow bell peppers, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 2 tablespoons chopped parsley, salt and pepper to taste

In a large salad bowl, gently combine the cucumber, onion, bell peppers, lemon juice, olive oil, parsley, salt, and pepper. Refrigerate after covering with plastic wrap.

Chill this healthy salad recipe!

SALAD WITH TUNA:

200 g pasta, half a tin of drained tuna, 1 small chopped green bell pepper, 1 chopped tomato, 1 tablespoon vinegar. Cook the pasta according to the package directions, then drain it.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the tuna, tomato, and bell pepper. Serve with the vinegar!

This salad is nutritious because tuna is a low-fat, high-protein fish!
